Easter had a prolific spell with Wycombe before joining Plymouth and Ince believes he can recapture his best form after signing a two-year deal with the Dons.
Ince said: "Hopefully he'll score a lot of goals for us. He looks like he's hungry, he has a point to prove.
"He scored 30-odd goals at Wycombe, went to Plymouth for a sizeable fee and he feels like he wants to get back up there.
"We are giving him an avenue to do that. He's ruthless and he's got that bit of arrogance about him which I like in a player."
