Di Matteo ready for play-off push

Aaron Wilbraham scored the only goal in the first half to give the Dons a win which virtually assures them of a home second leg in the play-offs, and Di Matteo was pleased with their performance. He said: "A fairer result would have been 3-0 not 1-0. Northampton are in a difficult situation, they threw everything at us, but we easily coped with them. "It was a very good performance and we were rock solid at the back. We're an exciting team but we should have scored more goals. "Our home form should have been better but we know the reasons why and we will address them in the summer. If we finish third then it will have been a great season. We've scored more goals than any team and my only worries for the play-offs will be the injuries. "But I'm very confident that we'll do okay in the play-offs."
