County clash gets go ahead
MK Dons' League One visit to Notts County will go ahead after the Meadow Lane pitch passed a 9:30 pitch inspection on Saturday morning.
Match official Dave Phillips assessed the pitch and areas around the ground before confirming that the match will kick off at 3pm as planned.
"Absolutely no issues at all with the pitch," Phillips told Notts County's official website. "It's only going to get better and it's going to improve, especially with the forecast.
"There's absolutely no concerns at all with player safety."
