Contract extension for Dons stopper

The 36-year-old stopper, whose contract was due to expire in the summer, remains a key performer at stadium:mk and the club have opted to trigger a one-year extension clause in his existing deal.[LNB]Gueret, who has been an ever present in Paul Ince's side this term, told the club's official website: "I'm delighted to be staying here for another year. It's a privilege to be part of what this club is trying to build."[LNB]Assistant manager Karl Robinson added: "He has been a fantastic servant to the club for the last three years and continues to put in the same levels of performance that made him a hero to fans in Milton Keynes."[LNB]The French goalkeeper joined the Dons in 2007 from Swansea and has made over 100 appearances for the club.[LNB][LNB]
