Cobblers v Dons clash abandoned
Referee Keith Stroud abandoned the League One match at the interval.[LNB]In dreadful conditions, neither side could produce much football and chances were few and far between at either end with neither keeper having to make a save.[LNB]Giles Coke went close early on for Northampton with a low drive from the edge of the box while Jude Stirling's shot on the turn was comfortably saved by Chris Dunn at the other end.[LNB]Ryan Gilligan wasn't far away with a snapshot for Northampton but it took a last-gasp tackle from Mark Hughes to prevent Aaron Wilbraham from breaking clear late in the half.[LNB][LNB]
