Senda ruled for rest of campaign
Senda dislocated his right knee during the final game of last term against Swindon, and recently returned to full training.
But the knee has continued to swell up and 27-year-old Senda has been forced to go under the knife again.
"What Danny had was a wash-out to get rid of some small debris which was still in his knee," said Lions physio Bobby Bacic.
"Hopefully this latest surgery will solve the problem once and for all. Unfortunately what this does mean is that Danny will not play this season."
