Rowlands makes Lions switch

Millwall have signed midfielder Martin Rowlands on a month's loan from London rivals QPR.The 32-year-old former Hoops skipper has been unable to break into Neil Warnock's first team this season after recovering from a serious knee injury.Lions boss Kenny Jackett moved for Rowlands after learning midfielder Jimmy Abdou will be out until mid-April with a knee injury.The Irishman is set to make his debut against Nottingham Forest at The Den on Saturday.
