Price missing for Cherries clash
The striker came on as a second-half substitute during Saturday's 1-1 draw at Southampton but had to be substituted himself after suffering a dead leg when he collided with a post.
The Lions still have major problems in defence with centre-halves Paul Robinson, Tony Craig and Zak Whitbread still on the sidelines.
Skipper Robinson is recovering from a broken metatarsal, Craig has a back injury and Whitbread is still a couple of weeks away due to a hip problem.
Full-backs Andy Frampton and Jack Smith formed a makeshift partnership in the centre at St Mary's and are likely to continue.
Fellow defenders Danny Senda (Achilles) and Pat O'Connor (knee) are still sidelined.
