Justin Cochrane
Millwall : Justin Cochrane started his career with QPR in 2000 but he never made the first team, he was released and signed for non-league club Hayes the following year, currently on loan to Gillingham He made a big impression at the club and Dario Gradi spotted his talent. He was brought to Crewe for £75,000 after impressing on a trial with the club. He had a superd first season, making 41 appearances and winning the 'Best Newcomer Award' He lost his place through injury the following season but he has been a regular again this season and has a big part to play in the team.
