More injury woe for Batt

Millwall striker Shaun Batt has been forced to undergo another knee operation. The 23-year-old, who is battling back from a cruciate injury which has sidelined him all season, needed surgery to remove a build-up of scar tissue. However, the Lions are confident Batt remains on schedule to be involved in pre-season training over the summer. "It seems really unfair that Shaun, who works very hard, undergoes painful daily treatment and never moans, should fall victim to it," said physio Bobby Bacic. "However, on a positive note, the knee is very stable and he is on track to start pre-season training in July."
