Duo missing for Millwall

Millwall will be without Mark Beevers and Steve Morison when they host Leeds.

Defender Beevers suffered medial knee ligament damage during the 1-0 win at Charlton on Saturday and faces up to two months on the sidelines, so Karleigh Osborne or Danny Shittu will step in at centre-half.

That is likely to be the only change to the starting line-up which recorded back-to-back victories last week, although there will be a reshuffle on the bench as on-loan striker Morison is ineligible to face his parent club.

Shane Lowry completes a three-match ban so Scott Malone continues at left-back.

Leeds midfielder Luke Murphy is one of several players expected to return to the starting line-up.

Murphy was rested for the midweek Capital One Cup defeat at Newcastle, but could replace teenager Alex Mowatt, while striker Luke Varney will also be hoping to return.

Lee Peltier was sidelined on Wednesday night due to a groin injury and remains doubtful, while fellow defender Sam Byram played the full 90 minutes again following his return from a long-term hip injury and could be rested.

Manager Brian McDermott, who has no new injury or suspension worries, has the option of recalling midfielder Paul Green, plus strikers Noel Hunt and El-Hadji Diouf to his starting XI.
