Millwall missing trio

Millwall will again be without Joe Martin, Aiden O'Brien and Jimmy Abdou when they host Coventry.

Full-back Martin and striker O'Brien are sidelined by ankle injuries and midfielder Abdou has a hamstring problem, but boss Neil Harris expects all three to be back in contention in the next few weeks.

Harris is likely to revert to the side which beat Shrewsbury on the opening day of the season having rested goalkeeper David Forde, defenders Shaun Cummings and Mark Beevers and forward Lee Gregory for the midweek Capital One Cup defeat by Barnet.

Winger Fred Onyedinma was taken off as a precaution following a heavy challenge against the Bees but he is expected to be fit.

Adam Armstrong is set to return for Coventry after missing their cup defeat in midweek.

The on-loan Newcastle striker was not allowed to play under the terms of his move from St James' Park as the Sky Blues lost on penalties to Rochdale

Conor Thomas has a tight groin but is expected to be available for boss Tony Mowbray, who is hoping to sign two new players before the game.

He told the Coventry Telegraph: "Sometimes you think it's done and then it hits a snag but at the moment I feel, we're pretty close on two but let's see."
