Ranegie set for Lions bow

Mathias Ranegie could make his Millwall debut against Blackpool.

The Swedish striker, fit after a recent groin injury, has joined the Lions from Watford on loan until January.

Boss Ian Holloway, taking on his old club, made nine changes for the midweek Capital One Cup defeat by Southampton so the likes of Alan Dunne, Carlos Edwards, Scott Malone, Martyn Woolford, Lee Martin and Ricardo Fuller are in line to return.

But midfield duo Nicky Bailey (calf) and Ed Upson (thigh) are set to miss out again.

Midfielder Andrea Orlandi could be back in Blackpool's squad.

Orlandi (leg) was among a host of first-team players who featured in a Lancashire Senior Cup game in midweek and the Spaniard has declared himself fully fit.

Striker Steven Davies may return to the fold following a knee injury, but the same ailment keeps defender Gary MacKenzie, midfielder Jacob Mellis and striker Billy Grant out of action.

Spaniard Joan Oriol is likely to miss out because of fatigue while the Seasiders still need to get a work permit in order for Jose Cubero to feature.
