McQuoid set for Millwall bow

Millwall will add new signing Josh McQuoid to their squad for the trip to Preston. The 12-goal striker, who hit two hat-tricks in a week earlier this month, has arrived on loan from Bournemouth and will complete a permanent switch in January for a fee believed to be around £500,000.

Fellow frontman Kevin Lisbie (knee) and wingers Chris Hackett (hip) and Danny Schofield (thigh) remain doubtful. But Scott Barron returns from a suspension and is set to replace Tony Craig at left-back.

Jason Puncheon scored on his debut in last weekend's win at Middlesbrough after joining on loan from Southampton and will keep his place on the wing. Youngsters Pat O'Connor and Kiernan Hughes-Mason have this week joined non-league clubs on loan.
