Millwall boss Kenny Jackett has snapped up the Reading winger James Henry on a three-year contract as he continues to strengthen his squad in readiness for the club's return to the Championship.

The 21-year-old has had two loan spells at The New Den, starting 22 matches and also coming off the substitute's bench on five occasions.

He scored eight goals during those spells, including a hat-trick against Tranmere Rovers.

Henry scored four times in 18 appearances for Reading and was also loaned out to Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth and Norwich City in the last three years.
