Lions show ten the door

Millwall boss Kenny Jackett has axed ten players from his squad following their failure to win promotion from League One.
Jackett has responded to last weekend's play-off final defeat to Scunthorpe United by releasing former first-team regulars Ahmet Brkovic, Richard Duffy, Adrian Forbes, Lenny Pidgeley, Danny Senda and Danny Spiller.
Meanwhile, Gary Bowes, Darren Ebsworth, Lyle Taylor and Laurie Walker have also been told they are surplus to requirements.
Jackett though has offered new deals to defender Alan Dunne and goalkeeper Preston Edwards.
