Millwall manager Willie Donachie is ready to wield the axe in the new year as he bids to stamp his mark on the under-performing Lions squad.
Donachie replaced Nigel Spackman in the New Den hot-seat in September and is looking forward to making changes in the January transfer window.
"We have a big squad, but I feel we have about 12 people who are strong enough, good enough and brave enough for this league," claimed Donachie, whose side are currently 23rd in the League One table.
"At the moment, I feel there are perhaps ten players at the club who are not good enough."
