The Lions had to play for 55 minutes without their midfielder after he was sent off for his challenge on home striker Deon Burton during the thrilling 4-4 draw.[LNB]Manager Kenny Jackett has reviewed the video evidence and decided the club have grounds for an appeal to the Football Association.[LNB]Defender Jack Smith and winger Dave Martin both face one-match bans after being shown their fifth yellow cards of the season at The Valley, leaving Jackett with a selection headache ahead of the Boxing Day trip to Norwich.[LNB][LNB]
