Lions seek legal advice over charges
The Lions and West Ham were hit with three charges of failing to ensure their supporters "refrained from violent, threatening, obscene and provocative behaviour", "did not throw missiles on to the pitch" and "refrained from racist behaviour".
"We have meetings with our legal advisors at the end of this week and then we will decide on a strategy," Millwall chief executive officer Andy Ambler told the Southwark News.
"We are trawling through all of the evidence that has been sent to us and we'll be getting a case together in due course."
The club have until October 12 to respond to the charges.
