Lee arrival boosts Lions

Millwall have landed promising Tottenham Hotspur defender Charlie Lee on a month's loan.

Lee, 19, is the captain of the Spurs' reserve team but has yet to make a full appearance for the Premiership side.

Tottenham's development coach Clive Allen told the club's official website: "I think this move will be very good for Charlie.

"He's done really well for us this season in terms of his performances and the next step for him is to show what he can do in the Football League.

"It will be a big test for him physically, but I know he will be up for it, in fact, I'm sure he'll relish it."
