Jackett not keen on Kuqi

Millwall boss Kenny Jackett has dismissed rumours suggesting he is looking to bring Crystal Palace striker Shefki Kuqi to the New Den.

The 31-year-old Finland international, who was loaned out to Ipswich Town and Fulham last season, is on the transfer list at Selhurst Park.

However, Jackett told the South London Press when asked whether he was keen to sign Kuqi: "That's news to me. There's nothing on that."

Eagles boss Neil Warnock transfer-listed Kuqi and fined the striker two weeks' wages in February after he gestured towards Palace fans after being substituted against Wolves.
