Jackett pleased with Carter
Millwall manager Kenny Jackett was happy to extend Darren Carter's loan deal until January despite a mixed start to his Lions career.
Carter, who was on a month-to-month deal from Preston, had impressed in the surprise 3-0 opening-day win at Bristol City until he was sent off in the second half.
The midfielder missed the subsequent Carling Cup success over Wycombe through suspension and was a substitute in the 4-0 romp against Hull last weekend.
But Jackett said: "We've liked what we've seen so far of him in the first couple of weeks and are comfortable to extend it up until the next window."
