Jackett looking to Swans
Millwall boss Kenny Jackett wants his club to follow the Swansea model after the Welsh side put paid to his play-off dream.
The Swans were promoted from League One in 2008 and having established themselves in the Championship are now pushing for a place in the top flight.
Jackett's former club cemented their top-six place, and kept alive their slim automatic promotion hopes, with a 2-0 win at The Den on Saturday.
Jackett, who guided his side to promotion just last year, said: "When you see what Swansea have done after getting promoted, building each year, we need to take heart from that and look to do something similar."
