Jackett in reflective mood over Henry

The winger's loan spell from Reading expired after Millwall's semi-final win over Leeds, with the 19-year-old having spent the maximum three months away from the Madjeski Stadium. Jackett did ponder allowing Henry to return to his parent club for a week midway through his spell, which would have cleared him to play against Scunthorpe at Wembley, but he decided not to and is now making plans without him. "There is regret about James's situation," Jackett told Reading's official website. "We looked at it along the way and there was a point after his first month when he could have gone back to Reading. "But we had three games in those nine days so we decided to carry on. Also, because he has done well for us, another team might have come in for him had he gone back and we'd have lost him for good. "It's a real pity that James won't be able to play at Wembley but I'm sure we will involve him on some level."
