Grimes could make Imps move

Ashley Grimes is open to the notion of a permanent move to Lincoln in the summer. The striker has been a resounding success since joining on loan from Millwall in October, scoring 17 goals in 25 appearances. But Grimes` efforts have not gone unnoticed by clubs higher up the football pyramid and, with his contract set to expire at The Den and his departure imminent, it appears as if the Imps may lose out on his services on a permanent basis. Yet the 24-year-old told the Lincolnshire Echo: "I would never rule a move to Lincoln out of the equation. "This club has been great to me since I have been here and everybody around the place has made me feel welcome, the gaffer especially. "It`s gone ever so well for me here and I`ve loved every single minute of it."
