Gallen: Goal glut could prove vital

28 March 2010 13:41
Own goals from Danny Swailes and Paul Huntingdon plus strikes from Steve Morison, Danny Schofield and Jonathan Obika capped off the resounding 5-0 win and Gallen praised his players' desire to never stop going forward.[LNB]He said: "When it is 3-0 at half-time sometimes it can be difficult to get the players motivated but they were certainly motivated to try and score even more goals.[LNB]"The major thing we mentioned at half-time was to not concede, but we told the players that goal difference could be an issue come the end of the season. And this was an opportunity to accumulate some goals.[LNB]"We're not afraid of talking about automatic promotion. There is a lot to do, a lot of tough games and the reality is we could end up second, but we could end up seventh.[LNB]"We need to just maintain what we are doing, stay composed and not get over confident."[LNB][LNB]
