Frampton hails Lions spirit

Millwall defender Andy Frampton has hailed the team spirit among the Lions squad, ahead of their League One play-off final against Scunthorpe United.

Frampton helped the south London outfit overcome Leeds United in the semi-finals and thinks that his squad have what is needed to secure promotion.

He commented: "We give each other stick in this squad, but it's in a good way that is positive to the team. We are so together, it is unreal.

"I would go as far to say it is the best team bond I have ever known.

"You do not get this sort of feeling in most companies, so to have it in a team where everyone is trying to take each others' place is weird.

"It works to our advantage, though."
