Millwall have signed Marcus Bignot on a month's loan from Queens Park Rangers.
QPR have also granted permission for Bignot to take part in this weekend's FA Cup first round clash with Altrincham.
The 33-year-old defender has fallen out of favour at Loftus Road making only three appearances this season and has been brought in by Kenny Jackett to help out with the Lions' injury crisis.
Jackett told the club's official website: "We've brought Marcus in because three of our experienced defenders are injured.
"Danny Senda, Richard Shaw and Andy Frampton will all miss Saturday's game and consequently I needed to get an experienced player in to bolster the defence."
Bignot has played for QPR in two separate spells, making over 190 appearances and scoring two goals for the west London club.
