Alexander needs heel surgery

Millwall forward Gary Alexander is set to be sidelined for around three months after being forced to undergo surgery on a heel injury.
The 30-year-old has not featured for the Lions since late October and will be absent for some time to come.
Physio Bobby Bacic told the club's official website: "Gary underwent surgery on Saturday on his right heel.
"The surgeon removed a spur of bone and also released a part of muscle that was compressing a small nerve in the foot.
"Gary will be in plaster for two weeks before starting his rehab, which we will expect to take three months."
