Plymouth Argyle midfielder Nadjim Abdou has left the club after failing to agree terms on a new Home Park contract.
The 23-year-old Frenchman joined the Pilgrims from Sedan last summer and made 33 appearances for the club, but is now set to move elsewhere.
Argyle boss Paul Sturrock confirmed to the Plymouth Herald: "Abdou has turned us down.
"I'm understanding of the budget I've got to work with and we made a decision on what we thought Jimmy's value was.
"He feels his value is more than that and I'm now looking at other players for that position."
The three other players that were out of contract this summer - Luke Summerfield, Mathias Doumbe and Dan Smith - have all signed new deals with the club.
