Zemmama starts for Boro at Walsall

MEROUANE ZEMMAMA has returned to the starting line-up for Middlesbrough's Carling Cup first round tie at Walsall tonight.[LNB] Zemmama had to start Saturday's opening day draw with Portsmouth on the bench as he observes the period of Ramadan.[LNB] It looks as if the Moroccan will start alongside Dutchman Marvin Emnes in attack, while Tony Mowbray has named the strongest team available for the competition.[LNB] With Rhys Williams, Scott McDonald, Barry Robson and Tarmo Kink all on international duty, Mowbray has also handed starts to Richie Smallwood and Malaury Martin.[LNB] And with loan signing Carl Ikeme ineligible, Danny Coyne makes his 500th league and cup career appearance in goal against the Saddlers.[LNB] WALSALL (4-4-2): Walker; Westlake, Butler, Lancashire, Sadler; Gnapka, Taundry, Chambers, Hurst; Jarvis, Macken.
