Southgate unsure of funds

Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate has revealed he is busy identifying possible January targets but does not expect to have major funds available when the transfer window reopens.
The Teessiders are currently languishing in 17th place in the Premier League table on the back of a miserable run of form.
Southgate's side are without a win from their last ten games in all competitions and have scored just 12 league goals from their opening 14 fixtures.
But despite identifying potential targets, the Boro boss doesn't expect to have a huge transfer kitty at his disposal as he spent over £20million in the summer.
"Rather than deny or confirm any individual, the easiest thing to say is we're watching lots of different players," he told the club's official website.
"There are certain positions we think need strengthening but we haven't ourselves come down to one or two players to go for.
"There are still maybe three or four targets for each position and we want to keep watching players over the coming weeks to finalise those targets.
"With the position we're in and the way attendances have been over the last couple of years, we have to cut our cloth accordingly and we have to make sure we do the right things in January.
"But whether we'll have millions to spend I doubt very much."
