Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate has warned his young players they will have to concentrate for 90 minutes in every game if they are to drag themselves back into the top flight.[LNB]The Teessiders went into the break for international matches sitting just four points behind leaders Newcastle but bemoaning the late goals they had conceded against Coventry and Leicester which cost them three points.[LNB]Southgate said: "It's a very competitive league. If you don't do your job until the 90th minute, you will end up with a bad result.[LNB]"If people, players, staff, anybody else, thought we were going to stroll through this division then I'm afraid football and life don't work like that.[LNB]"We are not a Premier League team, we are a young team. We were in the Premier League last year but there has been a huge turn-around in what we are. We are a young, inexperienced team.[LNB]"But we have got a great chance if we keep learning the lessons when it doesn't go right and we don't get too carried away with ourselves when it does go right."
