Gareth Southgate believes Middlesbrough have given their fellow Premier League strugglers reason to worry following Saturday's victory over Hull City.[LNB] Boro are now just two points from safety after beating the Tigers 3-1 and there are several teams still in danger of dropping out of the top flight.[LNB]Southgate reckons his men had been written off in some quarters before the weekend and he is glad to have made the scrap for survival more open again.[LNB]"They're starting to look over their shoulders now because they realise we are not dead and buried after all," the Riverside manager said in the Daily Star.[LNB]Psychologically"That puts extra pressure on them as beforehand they might have thought there was just one relegation place left."[LNB]Portsmouth, Hull City, Blackburn and Sunderland are all in Boro's sights and Southgate has urged his players to build momentum.[LNB]"It changes things psychologically as well as mathematically," he explained.[LNB]"Now we have to build on such a big win. We showed we can roll up our sleeves and scrap and that's what we must continue to do all the way to the final game.[LNB]"Our future is still very much in our own hands."[LNB]
