Middlesbrough manager Gareth Southgate insists he is not concerned about potentially being removed from the role.[LNB] The former England defender has come under pressure recently due to his side being stuck in the Premier League relegation zone.[LNB]But the 38-year-old is adamant he is not feeling any increased pressure following the sackings of fellow top-flight bosses Tony Adams and Luiz Felipe Scolari.[LNB]"I suppose it just reminds you to enjoy your job and get on with it really," Southgate told Sky Sports News.[LNB]"You can see that there's one manager there who's won the World Cup, who's clearly got an outstanding pedigree, and if that can happen to him then you have to accept that it can happen to anybody.[LNB]Enjoy"It enables you to get on with doing the job how you believe is right and enjoying what you're doing really.[LNB]"We just get on with our job. We don't concern ourselves too much about what's going on elsewhere.[LNB]"We work every hour that's sent to try and improve things here and we've got a great game to look forward to this weekend so that's what we're focusing on really."[LNB]Middlesbrough face West Ham in the FA Cup fifth round at Upton Park on Saturday and Southgate is grateful his team have a weekend off from the fight to avoid the drop.[LNB]"For this week we've got a cup tie to get on with. We've won away at Wolves which was a good performance and we've scored a couple so hopefully it's something different for the players to think about," he added.[LNB]"They're a few games away from winning something and that's a different thing to focus on as a player and I think that that will hopefully bring something out of them."[LNB]
