Redknapp targets three summer buys to help Tottenham leapfrog Arsenal

Harry Redknapp says he has identified the three players that would help Tottenham close the gap with Arsenal. The Gunners are well adrift of their traditional Big Four rivals Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea, leaving some Spurs fans wondering if they finally overhaul their north London neighbours. And Redknapp knows exactly who he wants to make the seismic leap. He has denied claims from Djibril Cisse's agent that the Sunderland man will be joining in the summer and indicated the club may have to shy away from obvious targets this summer. But he is thought still to be interested in January targets Stewart Downing, from Middlesbrough, Sunderland's Kenwyne Jones, Portsmouth defender Glen Johnson and Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari.
