Pearson has options

Leicester manager Nigel Pearson will choose from an unchanged squad for his side`s Championship trip to former club Middlesbrough. Pearson, who joined Boro in 1994 and captained them to two promotions and three domestic cup finals before retiring as a player in 1998, has no fresh problems following the 2-1 defeat to Preston - a result that ended City`s year-long unbeaten home league run. Richie Wellens managed to overcome a hamstring strain to start on Saturday. The midfielder was withdrawn after 77 minutes but suffered no ill-effects and remains in contention. Pearson could make changes, with midfielders Nicky Adams and Andy King and forwards Lloyd Dyer, Martyn Waghorn and Yann Kermorgant, who made his league debut against Preston, all pushing for places.
