No clues from Southgate

Manager Gareth Southgate has cooled talk of a January transfer window move by Middlesbrough for in-demand Preston North End striker David Nugent.
The England Under-21 international is attracting interest from a number of Premiership clubs, but Boro boss Southgate has refused to stoke the rumour mill further.
He told the club's official website: "I don't want to talk about players who are playing for a different club.
"It would not be professional of me to start speaking about one of Preston's players and I'm sure Paul Simpson would not appreciate that.
"It's foolish to say you're not interested in improving things, but it's a difficult time to do business in January.
"I'm not sure who will be available or whether anything is achievable. Certainly I'm not going to rush into things, that's not how I do it.
"Anyone we bring in has to be able to improve what we've already got."
