Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray believes teenager Cameron Park has the potential to become a star at the Riverside Stadium.
The England youth international was on the bench for last weekend's 2-2 draw with Hull and Mowbray is confident the creative-minded youngster has a bright future.
"It's fair to say he's a talent," said Mowbray.
"But I don't want to build him up to put any extra pressure on him. He's just a young boy who is in the mould of some pretty good young players who have come through at this club in recent years.
"He's a dribbler, someone who beats legs and feet and who would take the ball forward, but Saturday wasn't a day for dribbling in the snow."
