Mills delight at debut

Teenager Greg Mills is "buzzing" after making his Derby debut against Middlesbrough. The 19-year-old forward, a product of the Rams' youth system, went on as a 79th-minute substitute for Gary Teale in the 2-0 defeat at the Riverside Stadium. He was recalled from his loan spell at Solihull Moors last week where he scored four goals in four appearances for the Blue Square North side. "I'm happy that I've made my debut against players who have played in the Premier League and I've had my chance to show a few of the fans what I can do," Mills told the Derby Telegraph. "I thought I might get on for the last 20 minutes and the manager told me to warm up, so I am absolutely buzzing. I couldn't wait for the ball to go out of play while I was waiting to come on."
