Middlesbrough striker King charged with nightclub assault

Middlesbrough [LNB]striker Marlon King was charged today with attacking a woman in a nightclub. [LNB]The 28-year-old, who is on loan from Wigan, will appear before magistrates later this month.   [LNB]King (right) is alleged to have sexually assaulted and punched a 20-year old woman in a London nightclub in December.[LNB]King was arrested on December 10 after an incident at the Soho Revue Bar in Brewer Street, central London, on December 7.   [LNB]A woman received hospital treatment for a broken nose and split lip.   [LNB]King was bailed by police to return to a station today, when he was charged.
