"Some of the chants were disrespectful to the rest of the team.[LNB]"The crowd are right to laud Tuncay's efforts but we will win and lose as a team. The other lads may not have been as eye-catching but they were making important saves, blocks and interceptions. [LNB]"It's hurtful for a lot of the other players."[LNB]Middlesbrough were reduced to 10 men with 15 minutes to play after Matthew Bates was shown a second yellow card for diving - a decision which left Southgate puzzled. Convinced it was the turning point of the match, Southgate added: "He is an excellent referee but it was a strange decision. But it changed the course of the game because the crowd then came back behind us. [LNB]"It could be a crucial point and we are still in there fighting. We will survive as a club and as a town by everyone pulling together."[LNB][LNB][LNB][LNB][LNB]
