Middlesbrough face battle to keep Kris Boyd and Leroy Lita despite signing Merouane Zemmama

Middlesbrough last night agreed a ?200,000 deal for Hibernian midfielder Merouane Zemmama and have asked to take Newcastle striker Xisco on loan.[LNB]The 24-year-old, who cost ?5.7m from Deportivo La Coruna when he signed in August 2008, has made just 11 appearances for United, scoring once.
