Middlesbrough defender Robert Huth is close to completing a £6million move to Stoke City.
The German, who has been linked with Everton and Aston Villa, is reportedly having a medical at Stoke today according to Sky Sports News.
Boro manager Gareth Southgate was desperate to keep the former Chelsea centre-half at the Riverside after relegation last season.
But he now looks set to lose the 25-year-old after caving in to his wishes to play in the top-flight again.
There have also been reports Stoke boss Tony Pulis is ready to make a £6m bid for Turkish striker Tuncay Sanli.
