Middlesbrough striker Lee Dong-Gook has been backed to show his true class by Riverside team-mate Jeremie Aliadiere.
The 28-year-old South Korea frontman has scored just once in 19 appearances for Boro to date, but Aliadiere believes that Lee will come good in the end.
He told the Northern Echo: "It does take time to settle and it's very difficult. If you don't speak English it's even worse, I had to go through it myself.
"I came over and didn't speak any English. It took me a few years to get used to the English way of life and the language.
"It's a big difference from France to England, so I can only imagine it's even harder from South Korea to England.
"He needs time to come to terms with things. I totally support him in what he is going through. It's really difficult.
"He is a very good player and you can see in training that he is a great player. You just need that little bit of confidence and if he can find that from somewhere he will be fine."
