Middlesbrough goalkeeper Brad Jones believes the appointment of Gordon Strachan will get the players out of their "comfort zone".[LNB]Boro welcome Plymouth to the Riverside in Strachan's first game in charge on Saturday, and Jones says the new manager has already made a big impression on the training ground.[LNB]"Everybody has been treading on eggshells this week because it's a new manager and we all want to do well," he told Evening Gazette.[LNB]"Everybody is wondering whether the manager will like them and will include them in the team.[LNB]"It's got everybody on their toes but I think that's probably a good thing.[LNB]"He will rattle a few people and will take us out of the comfort zone."
