Johnson wants more

Bristol City manager Gary Johnson has warned his players to produce an improved showing against joint-leaders Middlesbrough. The Robins crashed to a 3-0 defeat at Cardiff last weekend before slumping to a shock 2-0 reversal to Carlisle in the Carling Cup in midweek. Despite selling Tuncay and Robert Huth this week, Middlesbrough are chasing automatic promotion and Johnson has urged his charges to hit top form. "This is a massive game for us now against the best team in the division," he told his club's official website. "It is good to have such a big game off the back of our disappointing results against Cardiff and Carlisle, especially as it is here at Ashton Gate. "However, we know we have to improve massively otherwise it could be a cricket score, should we perform as badly again."
