Hines takes inspiration from boss

Seb Hines is desperate to draw upon all Tony Mowbray's experience as he attempts to establish himself at the heart of Middlesbrough's defence. Mowbray enjoyed a lengthy playing career with Boro, Celtic and Ipswich before turning to management, and Hines knows he can learn plenty from a man who has done exactly what he is trying to do. The 22-year-old said: "There's an added pressure because the gaffer knows the position inside-out. "He knows exactly what you're capable of, and he also knows what you need to do to improve yourself as a player. "There is that added pressure, but it's also a great opportunity because the gaffer is great at taking you to one side and talking about what you need to be doing. "I'm desperate to improve myself as a player, and it's been a massive help to have the gaffer there as a former centre-back."
