Broken Hearts: Csaba Laszlo [LNB]Hearts have announced the departure of Csaba Laszlo from the club with immediate effect.[LNB]The 45-year-old leaves after a year and a half in charge at Tynecastle, making him the longest serving boss of the Vladimir Romanov era.[LNB]The club said in a statement on their official website: 'The club has begun the search for his replacement and hopes to make the new appointment at the earliest opportunity.'[LNB]There was no indication of the Hungarian's imminent departure when he gave his usual press conference on Friday morning, a day ahead of Hearts Scottish Premier League match at St Johnstone.[LNB]Laszlo had spoken of his frustration at failing to sign new players, but gave the impression he would still be in place for the fixture at McDiarmid Park.[LNB]Asked this morning if he expected to make a signing over the weekend, Laszlo said: "This is a question which I think I've got 2,500,083 times.[LNB]"I don't think that now in these two days something will happen. The club's had one month and nobody's come.[LNB]"If somebody comes, it's a bonus. I've been here for 19 months and all the time the problem's been there."[LNB] Mid-table battlers: Hearts' Jason Thomson (centre) vies with Rangers' Steven Whittaker [LNB]Laszlo also maintained there had been no bid from Celtic for left-back Lee Wallace, amid reports the clubs had agreed a fee.[LNB]"I talked with my sport director and he told me he didn't have any information about this," he said.[LNB]And referring to rumours Middlesbrough boss Gordon Strachan was at Hearts' defeat against Aberdeen on Wednesday night to watch Wallace, he added: "I read my friend Gordon was here from Middlesbrough to watch him but I think he watched the game.[LNB]"We have two days to go and, in these two days, if somebody takes Lee Wallace, it's very bad for us. We don't have a replacement."[LNB]Laszlo believes if Wallace is allowed to leave, he must be able to draft somebody else in. He admitted he had a name in mind, but added: "If it's in my head, it's not enough. The board decide."
