Fulham move for £4m Middlesbrough midfielder O'Neil
Fulham want Middlesbrough's Gary O'Neil but must match Gareth Southgate's £4million valuation to sign the former Portsmouth midfielder.
O'Neil, 26, has been repeatedly linked with a move back to Pompey but Fulham, who had a bid rejected in January, are the first club to make firm contact this summer.
